Submit Your Proposal

Log in to the Sciencesconf platform

To submit your proposal for a presentation, poster, or workshop, you must first log in.

- If you do not have an account on one of the CCSD platforms (Sciencescall.org, Sciencesconf.org, HAL, or Episciences.org),

- create your account on the "Open Science in the South" conference website by clicking the button

- confirm your account creation by clicking the link sent to you via email (check your spam folder if you didn't receive the email)

- Not sure if you've already created an account?

- Enter your email address, and the system will let you know if your email is already associated with an account

- You can reset your password here:

- If you have a HAL account, you can reset:

- your account https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/user/lostlogin 

- your password https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/user/lostpassword

Once your account is activated, you can log in using your username (login) and password.

 

Submitting Your Proposal

- Once logged in, click on the following link: https://opensciencesud4.sciencesconf.org/user/submissions 

- Select the type of submission: Workshop / Presentation / Poster

- Select the topic relevant to your proposal

- Step 1: Metadata. Fill in at least the required metadata fields (*).

- Step 2: Authors. Fill in at least the required metadata fields (*). To add one or more authors, click on "Add an author."

- The summary allows you to view all the information you have entered.

- If you wish to edit any information, click on the previous steps; otherwise, click "Submit."

You can edit your submission if it is still in the initial stage (no action has been taken by reviewers or administrators). In this case, go to "My Submissions," click the small pencil icon to the right of your submission, and make your changes.
 

Tracking Your Submission

Once your submission has been reviewed, you can view the Scientific Committee’s feedback by clicking the small eye icon to the right of your submission in the “My Submissions” menu.

If changes need to be made to your submission, you will receive an email with the coordinator’s comments.
